One type of Ecological Relationship is the Predator/Prey relationship. The wild sheep get eaten by the Coyote,Puma and the Lynx. Wild sheep and White Tail Deers are Herbivores so they both share the same food in their Diet.Pumas and lynx also eat White tail deers. Therefore without the white tail deer and wild sheep; the lynx, puma, and coyote would have a very hard time living and would feed off each other until their population were completely wiped out.

Baja California
is a mountain range on a peninsula which is a great habitat for the wild sheep. Wild sheep are natural born climbers and are mostly found in mountain range areas. Large amount of rain, and water are washed upon the river beds on the peninsula. This means that it is easier for the animals to be hydrated when traveling through the dry and hot part of Baja California. Puma and Lynx are also good at climbing so this mountain range doesn't effect them very much. On the other hand Coyotes and Deers have trouble climbing so its a little harder for them to adapt. This also means that the white tail deer are a lot more vulnerable then sheep due to the fact or their poor climbing skills. Here's a photo of the peninsula of Baja California. Also a type of food these animals eat are poaceae which is a type of plant, that is grown at high elevation on the peninsula.

Why are sheeps so important in the ecological relationship?
